DMA Development Company, LLC has developed 32 apartment communities totaling nearly 2,700 units, primarily financed through the Housing Tax Credit Program. While most of the company’s portfolio is in the State of Texas, DMA Development has also developed apartment communities in Georgia and the District of Columbia. Through affiliated entities, DMA self-manages its portfolio while also providing third-party property management services and development consulting services.
