Hector Zuniga is a 20-year real estate professional who currently serves as a V.P. and Senior Relationship Manager for KeyBank’s Community Development Lending and Investment (CDLI) department where he is responsible for originating debt for affordable housing transactions in the South and Southwest U.S. He specializes in LIHTC executions including both 9% and 4% bond financing structures.

Hector was recently elected to the Texas Affiliation of Affordable Housing Board of Directors.
