We are excited to announce that we are scheduled to host the 2021 Texas Housing Conference in-person in Austin, Texas at The Fairmont Hotel July 19 – 21! A recent TAAHP member survey has indicated that the majority of you are looking forward to meeting in-person and we are excited to see you all.
Of course, the safety and well-being of our attendees is our first priority. To that end, we will continue to monitor the state of the global pandemic and will make the necessary plans to ensure we have adequate space to social distance and follow all necessary safety protocols. While we are hopeful much of the population will have had the opportunity to receive their COVID-19 vaccinations by July, we do anticipate that the wearing of masks will still be necessary along with consistent and regular use of hand sanitizer/hand washing in conjunction with social distancing measures. We have reserved double the amount of space we normally do at the hotel and are confident in our ability to meet in person barring any city or state mandate to the contrary.
Early-bird registration will be open March 15 through May 15, 2021. Additionally, we are extending our “full refund” cancellation date through June 30, 2021.
Virtual Option Available. We understand if some of you would prefer to participate in the conference education programs virtually. To accommodate those of you who choose to do so, a virtual option will be available. Registration for the virtual option will open on March 15 with the ability to cancel through June 30.
Sponsorship Sales are Underway. We are excited to see the great response from so many sponsors eager for the 2021 Texas Housing Conference. There are still some opportunities available.
