Staffing Your Booth

During the virtual component of conference, participants will be directed to the virtual exhibit hall at designated times. You must be logged in to the site in order to chat with those on your virtual booth page.

  1. Log-in - Go to and login with the user name and password provided.
  2. Once you are logged in, go to your “live page” – there are several ways you can get there
    1. From the admin dashboard, click the "Conference Portal" link in the menu on the left side of your page, navigate to the Virtual Exhibit Hall to find the link to your booth.
    2. From the admin dashboard, go to the Pages tab on the left side menu, click the name of your page and then click “view page”
    3. Get there with your direct booth URL – by typing the URL in the address bar in your browser – your URL will look like this:
    4. Go to Navigate to the Virtual Exhibit Hall, click your company’s logo.
  3. See who’s visiting the exhibit hall/ text chat / video chat
    1. You will see a red LIVE CHAT icon on the left side of your page (it travels with you as you scroll down the page) – click the button to open the chat box. All users visiting booths in the exhibit hall will be displayed in the users list, (they can also see you).
    2. Click on any of the active users to start chatting privately or use the main message area to send a public message to all users in the exhibit hall.
    3. To initiate a one-on-one video chat, click the video icon at the top of the private chat box (red area) – a link will appear in the chat box, both you and the other user will click the link to open the video chat in your browser.
