IT IS HIGHLY RECOMMENDED THAT YOU USE A DESKTOP OR LAPTOP COMPUTER WITH A FUNCTIONING WEBCAM TO ACCESS ALL VIRTUAL CONFERENCE PORTAL/NETWORKING FEATURES.

Why? To use the video call feature in the Networking Chat Room or in Virtual Exhibit Booths, Camera/Microphone access settings must be turned on for your browser. We found that the compatible browsers listed below do not offer camera and/or microphone access in their mobile app versions.

Internet Browser

Supported Browsers include Chrome, Opera or Microsoft Edge. IMPORTANT! Be sure you are using the latest browser versions.

Chrome

Latest Chrome Download (version 83.0.4103.116)

IMPORTANT! Make sure your Content Settings in your Chrome browser have Javascript turned ON or you will not see the Public Chatroom or private chat windows. See Instructional Video

 

 

 

Opera & Microsoft Edge

*NOTE THAT MOZILLA FIREFOX AND APPLE’S SAFARI DO ALLOW FOR TEXT CHATTING, BUT THE VIDEO CALL FEATURE IS NOT FUNCTIONAL IN FIREFOX OR SAFARI.

*INTERNET EXPLORER IS NOT A SUPPORTED BROWSER AND SHOULD NOT BE USED FOR THE CHAT/VIDEO CALL FEATURE.
