RAD Conversion Workshop for Housing Authorities and Cities

This panel will consist of experienced housing authority executives from across Texas, all of whom have closed a number of RAD transactions. The panel will present case studies of how RAD transactions have been financed and the key challenges encountered in combining the RAD program with HUD and the Tax Credit Program with TDHCA.
