How to Initiate a Video Call
1. Whether you are on the Networking Chat Room page or on a Virtual Booth Page, you will click the active user's name to open a private chat window, click the video icon on the right side of the window to initiate the video call.
2. You will be prompted to select and/or allow the use of your webcam and microphone to proceed. You will need to give permission for your browser to access your computer’s webcam and microphone to use this feature.
To avoid errors, be sure you have the proper permissions set up BEFORE you initiate or participate in a video chat. For more information on how to set permissions, see system requirements.
